Born in 1988 in Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture. After starting his career in French cuisine, he switched to Italian Cuisine, honing his skills and solid sensibilities. He joined Albergo Bamboo in 2015 and has been our chef since 2017. We are grateful for the beautiful four seasons of Hakone and the encounters we have with our customers every day, and we offer Italian Cuisine that can only be found here in Hakone, which is rich in nature's blessings.

This white Western-style building stands among the deep greenery of Sengokuhara, and as soon as you step inside, it feels like you're in Italy. After seeing a wedding scene in a certain movie, I dreamed of building a house where people could gather and have a good time, and it took 8 years to complete. Another highlight is that he has actually visited Italy dozens of times and pays close attention to every detail, including tiles and paving stones.
