【Cancellation Deadline】
Cancellations and changes to the number of guests must be made by 22:00 the day before your reservation.
Please be aware that cancellation fees will apply if you miss this deadline.
For reservations of 10 or more guests and premium course reservations, different regulations apply, so please contact us for details.
【December Cancellation Deadline】
In December only, cancellations must be made one week in advance, and changes to the number of guests must be made three days in advance.
【Cancellation Fees】
We will charge the amount of the course fee minus the 1,000 yen drink all-you-can-drink fee.
For reservations made for seats only, the cancellation fee will be the cost of the appetizer.
If you cancel after the reserved time or do not show up without notice, we will charge the full course fee, and for seat-only reservations, we will charge 3,000 yen per person.
