Food Homemade "fresh pasta" made from 100% durum semolina flour
We use the finest hard wheat, which is made by milling only the sweet part of the wheat without impurities. This is a special wheat milled exclusively for us by Nippun, using a method that brings out the inherent deliciousness of durum semolina flour. This fresh pasta is made by adding water to durum semolina flour. After much research, we have succeeded in creating a chewy, elastic texture without adding eggs, which are usually used as a binder. We do not add any unnecessary ingredients, and we maintain consistent quality through temperature, time, and process management.

The tomato sauce is made from sun-ripened Italian tomatoes and contains no artificial seasonings. The fragrant basil sauce is made from fresh basil sourced from a contracted farmer. The vivid basil green color is maintained only by the heating method, without the use of colorants, and the manufacturing method is patented.
