The most popular dish, ``Ishinabe Mapo Tofu'', has carefully selected ingredients that are the secret to its flavor. We use 16 types of Chinese herbal medicine and 51 types of spices from Henan Province, which has the most spicy culture in China, to create a dish that allows you to enjoy the spiciness of high-quality chili peppers rather than the numbness of peppers. Furthermore, we are particular about the freshness and quality of our minced meat, and we grind domestic pork in-house. The only oil used is beef tallow extracted from slow-cooked beef. Please enjoy our special taste, which is tangy and stimulating yet has a deep flavor!
