The sirloin Steak uses Kuroge Wagyu beef carefully selected from all over the country. You can feel the flavor of lean meat and fatty meat without being too strong. Enjoy with salt, pepper, wasabi, and soy sauce. We also have ``Garlic Rice'' with a refreshing taste, so please go with it◎ Also, ``Sautéed Foie Gras'' is made with generous amounts of high-quality foie gras, and is grilled crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Enjoy it with a rich sauce made with Marsala sake.
Food Enjoy fresh fish purchased from ports in Kochi Prefecture and delicious Shonan vegetables.
The seafood used is mainly local fish from Kochi Prefecture. We purchase fish from the Kuishi Oshiki Association in Susaki Bay that is particular about removing blood and tightening the nerves. Fish suitable for aging are served with poelet or carpaccio. You can also enjoy fresh seafood purchased from Muroto Port and unloaded from a fixed location. In addition, there are a variety of seasonal vegetables from all over the country, with a focus on local Shonan vegetables. Please enjoy the original taste of the ingredients with our carefully selected teppanyaki dishes.

Sake is served in wine glasses so that you can enjoy its aroma. We have a wide selection of delicious brands, like wine that goes well with teppanyaki dishes. There are about 5 types of sake available, including ``Gokyo'' from Yamaguchi Prefecture, ``Tanzawayama'' from Kanagawa Prefecture, and ``Funaka Hassaku'' from Tsukasa Botan Sake Brewery in Kochi Prefecture. In addition, we always have about 15 types of wine, carefully selected according to the climate and season. Enjoy drinks that go well with meat and fish from our wide selection.
