ラクレットチーズ、ピザ、ブルーチーズを2種類と美味しいワインをいただきました。どれも美味しくて大満足です。
誰かが手間をかけてくれるから、美味しいものがいただける。
改めてそんなことを感じるお店です。
ご主人が見せてくれたジャージー牛の目にハート❤️です。
完全予約制なのが、唯一マイナスポイントですが…
久しぶりに再開した友人がチーズ好きだったのでお邪魔しました。
しかし食事のメニューが少なく…。
確かにチーズの種類は多かったので、
2件目利用が正解のようです。
私たちが間違えました。
海外の物とは一味違う、日本の繊細なチーズが楽しめます。管理もしっかりしているので、この店ならば通常癖が強いと言われる物(ウォッシュタイプや青カビ)も大変食べやすく、オススメです。
