Born in Shizuoka Prefecture in 1976. In 2008, joined "Waves Co., Ltd.", which operates restaurants mainly in Tokyo. Spent 12 years honing skills at the renowned Sichuan restaurant "Akasaka Sichuan Hanten." Opened "Tokyo Chinese Ichirin" in Tsukiji in March 2013, and became the executive chef in 2016. In April 2017, opened a sister restaurant "Ichirin Hanare" in Kamakura, and is active as the owner chef of both the Tsukiji and Kamakura locations. He is gaining attention as a talented chef who will lead the next generation.
