Charsiu melon bun, a combination of roast pork and melon bun, is one of Hong Kong's most talked-about Dim sum. At our store, in the open kitchen space on the 1st floor, experienced dim Dim sum carefully make each piece of bread by hand, starting with the dough. The slightly sweet cookie dough goes perfectly with the melty sweet and salty chashu! The sauce is also made in-house.
