We offer our signature dish, Shanghai crab. Shanghai crabs are rich and flavorful, but the taste is very different between males and females. Males are characterized by their muscular structure and long fibrous meat. The yellow miso, orange roe, and white milt are exquisite. The female crabs are attractive because they are full of eggs. We have both males and females available. You can also compare the taste of a pair. ■Steamed whole Shanghai crab - female: 3,000 yen, male 3,400 yen, pair 6,200 yen.
