地元屋久島産とび魚のあご出汁を使った健康志向のラーメン店
屋久島特産のサバ節、あご節（飛び魚）、ソウダ節、を出汁に使い、屋久島の素材を使用して製造された醤油を使用した魚介系ラーメンのお店です。
2011年3月に洋食屋としてオープン。
2019年2月よりラーメン店としてリニューアルオープンいたしました。
糖分塩分は減らしつつ食事は美味しく健康維持に役立つ体に優しいモノであるべきだと言う思いから生み出された当店のラーメン。
