The refreshing taste and richness of 100% straight Japanese black beef. Hamburg is made with 100% Kuroge Wagyu beef from Iwate Prefecture, carefully selected by Kakunoshin's meat craftsmen. By selecting the most suitable cuts for grinding and carefully assessing the condition, such as the balance between lean meat and fat, we marinate the meat in salt koji to further bring out the original flavor of the meat.
