The specialty "Whole Eel" is served whole because we are confident in its quality. We use thick, meaty eel that doesn't shrink even when grilled over high heat with binchotan charcoal, ensuring a satisfying eating experience. In addition to the classic grilled eel (kabayaki) and white grilled eel (shirayaki), we also offer hitsumabushi, which is rice topped generously with chopped grilled eel, as well as set meals and eel rice bowls (unadon).
