気持ちの良いパフォーマンスに熟成寿司を堪能いたしました。
市場のお休みの日も営業されるということを逆手に取り、上手く表現されていらっしゃいました。

連泊だった為、2日目のこの日は係の方に伝えてメニューを少し替えて頂きました。
2日目の朝食も、焼いたお魚を大変美味しく頂きました。
朝から金沢の味を満喫できたこと、とても嬉しく思います。
金沢に行ったらいつも寄ります。なぜならカウンターがとてもとても素敵で、板前さんの後ろのお庭が最高だからです。とにかく、一度行ってもらいたいお寿司屋さんです。
