Food Tetsufu's specialty: plump domestic beef Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot)
An exquisite beef offal hotpot made with fresh domestic beef intestines that can only be harvested from a single cow, vegetables from Ibaraki Prefecture, and a double soup made from carefully selected pork bones and chicken. If you eat it, you'll understand. Yuzu salt soup is also available.

We offer three types of courses with all-you-can-drink options. We also have Hitachi beef Steak and sashimi platters exclusive to our courses. From Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) to Fried Skewers and sashimi platters, this course will leave you satisfied.
