Our signature shaved Shaved ice. We purchase rare natural ice from one of the few icehouses in Nikko, a three-star icehouse brewery. The ice we use is natural ice that takes two weeks to form. Because it is melted a little at a temperature close to 0 degrees before being shaved, you can enjoy a fluffy melt-in-your-mouth texture that doesn't get too harsh. Taking advantage of the unique difficulty of melting natural ice, each piece is carefully made and served. Please enjoy this outstandingly delicious product that overturns the concept of Shaved ice.
Food rare sugar allulose
The rare sugar allulose is one of the rare sugars and is a monosaccharide with a structure similar to fructose. A zero calorie sweetener. It is a highly safe material that has been used in various foods such as fruits and seasonings. It is not a food additive.
Servicespecial Shaved ice maker
Our store sells tea, home-roasted coffee beans, teapots, etc. A master teapot maker made a bowl for our store that will prevent our shaved Shaved ice from melting. There is a special insulation material inside the pottery to prevent it from melting. Glass containers are also used depending on the menu, but for Japanese menus, this vessel is used.
