Konishi-ya is a Japanese Cuisine restaurant founded in 1973 in the naturally rich city of Sanda, Hyogo Prefecture. The restaurant is a single-family home that looks like a small restaurant, but it is
...a famous restaurant frequented by many chefs and gourmets. The owner, Yukitada Kishi, pursues "authentic flavors" that eliminate unnecessary ingredients and capture the essence of the ingredients. He also has a deep knowledge of sake, and only rare sakes with no added alcohol are available. The wines selected by his son, Tomoyoshi Konishi, also create a new chemical reaction.
