Food Botan nabe, a Tamba Sasayama specialty made with fresh boar meat
We use natural boar meat with a focus on quality and freshness. This is a proud dish full of richness and flavor made with our special miso. We also offer juicy ``Aburiyaki Shishi Meat'' in the ``Botan Nabe'' course. Furthermore, we also offer "hand-cut peony hotpot" for a limited time from November to March! The chef's skills bring out the flavor of the meat to the fullest, creating an exquisite hotpot. Please enjoy the gourmet food of Tamba Sasayama that can only be enjoyed in winter.

Our restaurant offers seasonal gozen menus. The concept of our restaurant is that you can enjoy it no matter what season you visit. For ``Autumn Otsukimi-zen,'' we make a cute tsukimi-don (rice bowl) made with Tamba Sasayama's mountain potatoes that are easy to mix with rice. In spring, we have a set meal using Yuba, in summer we have a refreshing bukkake soba, and in winter we have a ``Nagori Yuki Gozen'' that comes with yam soba. This is a soba restaurant in an old folk house with a calm atmosphere that feels like a hideout. The first floor has horigotatsu seats and chair seats.
