In the evening, we offer three types of hearty courses using conger eel and natural live fish from nearby waters. We use completely live conger eel, which is purchased directly from the fishing port without going through the market, and seasonal natural fish from the central market. "Conger eel shabu shabu" where you can enjoy everything from the soup stock to the meat is offered with all courses. Enjoy refreshingly with ponzu sauce. Cooking methods that take advantage of the quality of the ingredients depending on the season and purchasing status. Please choose according to your budget and usage scenario.

The plump and fatty conger eel is purchased directly by the owner himself without going through the market, and is completely live. It is grilled directly over high heat and served fresh with two textures: crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The sauces, which are made with only sake, mirin, and soy sauce without sugar, are also delicious so that you can enjoy the natural flavor of the fish. Please enjoy our proud "Anago Meshi", which is made with fluffy rice grown in Shiga Prefecture and topped with conger eel.
