希少部位のステーキは程よいサシのバランスが最高でした。
神戸牛って高いイメージ、ま、実際高いんですが、ちょっと食べたいなと思う時にはいいかもです。
味も美味しいし、満足です。
作ってるの鉄板焼の若手の練習としてはいいと思います。
