Born in Hong Kong, [Xiao Guofen] began his culinary career in Hong Kong, the home of Chinese Cuisine in 1973 at the age of 15. Particularly good at Beijing cuisine, there are famous restaurants in Hong Kong that are visited by locals, as well as many gourmet fans from mainland China and all over the world, such as the prestigious authentic ``Tongxing Lou'', ``Sho Chiku Lou'', and ``Feng Zeen''. I improved my skills.
