We use sea urchin from Awaji Island and Hokkaido depending on the season. In addition to a la carte, we also incorporate it into courses. You can also enjoy it for lunch.

This specialty menu item has been in the top 5 most popular ever since it was introduced on Fuji TV's Mentor G program in 2004. We use a rare Steak cut called ``Ichibo'' that has become popular recently. Gekkoryu is grilled in lava and eaten with real sansho. It goes really well ♪

We constantly change our selection of 9 types of wine by the glass: bubble, red, and white. Of course, we also have bottled wine in stock.
