Awaji Island, known for its diverse seafood such as Akashi sea bream, octopus, and conger eel, is home to our restaurant. Almost all of our seafood is sourced directly from the "Iwaya Fishing Port" located on the island. One of the attractions is the ability to enjoy fresh fish that changes with the seasons. We pay attention not only to the toppings but also to the rice. We use "Nihonbare," a type of Omi rice that we arrived at after trying various brands, and we combine it with special red vinegar and salt. We deliver a perfect balance that enhances the umami of the ingredients.

Our menu offers two types of courses: the "Omakase Nigiri Course" (12,100 yen), where you can fully enjoy a variety of Edo-style sushi, and the "Omakase Tomoaki Course" (15,400 yen), which features not only sushi but also a selection of dishes that enhance the flavors of seafood through various cooking methods. Both courses include an appetizer, chawanmushi (steamed egg custard), and red miso soup. Please choose the one that suits your occasion. We look forward to your visit and reservations.
