The interior of Kuimono Yawan is based on the concept of an old folk house from 100 years ago. Old wood is an important element in the interior design. We purchase old trees that were actually used in private houses and carefully select those that fit the image of a ``Kuimonoyawan.'' Specialized carpenters carefully assemble the old wood. The interior is reminiscent of an old folk house, and has private rooms where you can have honest conversations, so please enjoy the Japanese atmosphere to your heart's content.

The hospitality at Kuimono Yawan starts from the moment you take your seat. Kuimonoyawan's appetizer is salad. Eating vegetables first slows down the absorption of carbohydrates and prevents sudden rises in blood sugar levels and excessive sugar intake. You can also upgrade to Caesar salad. Kuimonoya Wan also serves agari-wan (miso soup) at the end of the meal. Please have a cup of miso soup and take a breather before heading home.
