かなやのかにめしは、素朴で懐かしい昭和の香りがしそうな駅弁です！
かなやのかにめしの特徴は、①温かいこと。（実は簡単なことで列車到着時間に合せて調理しているだけです。ただ、急にご注文をいただくと皆で焦っています。）②カニ身を炒って作ります。（炒るとは？＝火で炙って水分を飛ばしていくと香ばしくなって食欲がでてきます。③昔から変わらず木製の容器を使用していること。（ﾌﾟﾗ容器と違って水分を吸ってくれるのでﾍﾞﾁｬﾍﾞﾁｬしないし、木の香りが何ともイイ匂いなんですよぉ
