All of our eels are domestically produced and carefully selected by our strict connoisseurs. You can enjoy the "Kansai style", which is rare in Hokkaido. Domestic farmed eel purchased from all over Japan is limited to the best size and quality, and its taste is authentic. Additionally, we stock a limited quantity of "wild eel" on the 1st and 15th of each month. This eel is carefully selected by discerning professionals in Toyosu. When you visit us, please enjoy the deliciousness of our proud "domestic live eel."

At our restaurant, after receiving your order, we fillet the live eel, skewer it, and immediately begin the grilling process. The way the eel is handled is the Kansai style, ``opening the belly''. By grilling the meat thoroughly from the skin side without steaming it, the meat becomes plump and the skin becomes crispy and fragrant. The eel is cooked right in front of the customer's eyes as it lives in a tank, so the freshness is guaranteed. Once you take a bite, you will be amazed at how fresh and delicious it is.

In addition to sake, our restaurant also has a wide variety of wines, which is unusual for an eel restaurant. The reason for this is that we sell cheese sold at the "Cheese Kingdom" run by the owner of our store, in appetizers and specialty dishes. Inside the restaurant, there are counter seats that surround the cooking area. It is a space with a bright atmosphere based on white. This is a ``special seat'' where you can enjoy the process of cutting, skewering, and grilling live eel. It takes about 30 to 40 minutes for the eel to be grilled, so during that time you can enjoy our signature dishes such as ``grilled eel liver,'' ``cheese platter,'' and ``deep-fried bone.'' I think the immersive cooking scene brings out the deliciousness of the eel even more.
