Because we know how difficult it is to Japanese-style meal, we spare no time for everything from the ingredients we purchase to the cooking method, heat, and seasoning. One of the most popular is the "tuna pounding" made by roasting chutoro. The most popular dish for women, "Hokki Unglazed", looks like gratin, but tastes like a rich steamed tea cup. "Grilled sardines, sea bream, and nodoguro sake" is a cooking method in which sake salt is poured over and over again, and in Hokkaido, it is grilled only by Atsumi. Please enjoy it with soup.
