There are only 4 courses on the menu. We go to the market every day and serve Japanese-style meal that brings out the best flavors of the ingredients, with a focus on carefully selected seasonal ingredients from all over the country. Not only do the dishes taste like the care that goes into making them, but the impressive pottery created by Sapporo potter Toshiya Shimosawa adds even more flavor and beautiful color to your meal. Since I go to the market every day, I sometimes come across rare seasonal products from all over the country that are only available at that time. Please enjoy the taste of Kisui made in season.

The owner, who is deeply knowledgeable about Japanese sake, selects a wide selection of sake that connoisseurs will love. Just like our food, we value the seasonality of our alcoholic beverages, and we have a selection of seasonal, limited edition alcoholic beverages that change daily. Alcohol lovers will be happy to know that there is a wide variety of local sake from Hokkaido as well as rare sake from Aomori called densake. Sake, which has the flavor of rice and a lingering aftertaste, goes perfectly with Japanese-style meal.
