For the time being, the hours will be 11:30-14:00 (LO 13:30) and 17:30-21:30 (LO 20:45). *The last time to accept reservations is 15 minutes before last order. If we reach a certain number of reserved seats, we may not be able to accept your reservation. We recommend that you make your reservation early. Food Raw sea urchin
This is a directly managed store of one of Hokkaido's leading sea urchin processing companies. Hokkaido is surrounded by a vast ocean, and the season changes depending on the season and sea conditions. At our restaurant, we strive to provide the most delicious products in a form that is closer to nature.
Food Creative Cuisine
The bowl is made from a sea urchin shell, and inside is a white sauce filled with sea urchin, snow crab, and textured potatoes. Furthermore, there is a lot of raw sea urchin on top, making it a dish that can be enjoyed in a variety of ways.
