This is a store directly managed by Chitose Tsuru, a Japanese sake company. Since we have a smoker, we use a lot of Hokkaido ingredients, including home-made smoked food and local production for local consumption. We offer a wide variety of dishes using seasonal fish and vegetables, as well as Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), Fried food, grilled foods, and sake appetizers. *Paypay can be used. |

Our store is directly managed by a brewery that sells Sapporo's local sake, Chitose Tsuru. Therefore, we have more than 20 types available than anywhere else. You can also enjoy ``Ginpu Namatarukake'' that can only be tasted at our directly managed store, as well as seasonal alcoholic beverages that are not sold to the general public. There's also a specialty menu called ``Shibarezake'' that can only be drunk here. You won't be able to take your eyes off the mysterious cup that freezes as soon as you pour it in front of you. Please feel free to ask our staff about the compatibility with your dishes or what you would like to recommend for the day.

Our proud ``Smoked Assortment'' is a delicious and carefully selected masterpiece. There are 5 types of ingredients available including ``Iburigakko'' and ``Egg'' (single items are also available). We carefully prepare our products every day using our in-house smoker. The unique flavor of the luxurious smoke is sure to make you addicted. Stepping through the noren curtain and entering the store, you will find yourself in a modern, calm and relaxing space. There are a total of 74 seats available, including counters and tables. The ``completely private room'' for 6 people is recommended for special occasions such as anniversaries and entertainment. For various banquets, we also have ``Horigotatsu seating'' that can accommodate up to 32 people. With so many flavors unique to Sapporo, we are sure to satisfy not only locals but also tourists visiting. Please feel free to use.
