The fresh "raw tuna," which is one of our pride, is delivered by dissecting farmed tuna weighing approximately 40 kg. We order from carefully selected production areas such as Wakayama and Ehime, mainly in Nagasaki Prefecture. In addition, by slowly aging in ice, the original flavor of the ingredients is concentrated. We also recommend the ``Salted Tuna Nigiri'' and ``Tuna Zuke Nigiri'' marinated in a secret sauce, both of which are made with these ingredients, so be sure to try them!

Our recommended ``Kaiseki Course'' offers a boatload of our signature sashimi! Please enjoy our signature cuisine in a clean and casual atmosphere that is open to foreign customers. We have counter seats that are perfect for a quick drink after work, and table seats that are perfect for company banquets, so we're perfect for a variety of occasions.
