Food Carefully selected wagyu beef and secret sauce
Yakiniku (Grilled meat) 's specialties are, of course, the meat and sauce! The Wagyu beef we use at our restaurant is carefully selected with a high marbling index. In addition, the sauce that goes perfectly with the meat is a special secret sauce that uses "Yukimuro Aged Soy Sauce" made from whole soybeans from Niigata Prefecture, domestic wheat, and domestic salt. We strictly manage the meat to keep it chilled and provide meat that is not frozen.
