We serve a variety of delicious meats, including Hida beef and other high-quality black-haired wagyu, without being limited to specific brands. Additionally, we have installed a dry aging chamber at the entrance, making us the first in Tajimi to do so. You can enjoy aged meat that has been matured for half a month to a month as part of some of our courses.
