The soba noodles at Soba-tei Utsuki are characterized by their chewy texture that makes them easy to eat at the end of a drink. The secret to its exquisite texture is the use of two types of coarsely ground flour from Yatsugatake, Nagano Prefecture: ``brown ground'' and ``marunuki.'' [Nihachi soba], of course [Tenbara white shrimp soba], [broiled conger eel and sudachi salt soba], etc. We especially recommend the ``seasonal feast soba'' that is carefully selected from the ingredients and sauce.

Once you pass through the white curtains, you will find yourself in a calm Japanese space with jazz music playing. The furniture is modern with a touch of nostalgia from the Meiji and Taisho eras, and the tableware is made by ceramic artists.They pay attention not only to the food and drinks, but also to the space and tableware.
