Generally, meat is purchased through a wholesaler, but our store uses a unique route to purchase meat directly from a meat center in Kitakyushu. Please enjoy the exceptionally fresh meat that can only be enjoyed at our restaurant. We also have high-quality rare parts, and the owner's recommendations are fillet, liver, and offal. Although the interior of the restaurant is small (only 4 tsubo) with 12 seats, it has a fun atmosphere that feels like a food stall where you can relax without straining yourself. The reason why we decided to make the space just 4 tsubo (4 tsubo) small was because we wanted to create a store where customers and our staff can feel close to each other because of the closeness, and the number of friends and associates increases rapidly. Another attractive feature of our restaurant is our `` Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant that can be reserved for 7 people'' due to our small size.Outside, we also have hearth seating for 4 people, which is very popular in the summer. The freshness of our meat is only possible because we purchase it directly from the Kitakyushu Meat Center through our own unique route! Of course, we also have fresh liver available. A sure sign of fresh liver is when you cut it with a knife and it has sharp edges, yet still retains the texture of the firm fibers of the liver. Our proud Yakireba, which is made from grilled fresh liver, is an extremely popular menu item at our restaurant. Enjoy with our special sauce made with plenty of chives!
