Yaoki's [Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot)] boasts a 50-year tradition that has been loved since its establishment. The secret white miso and soy sauce-based soup that brings out the maximum flavor of the offal is exceptional! This dish is popular even among people who don't like giblets. Introducing the most popular "Kyoto Flavored Soybean Base" as well as the "Golden Soy Sauce Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot)!! We have spicy miso Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot)! You can finish with either Champon or zosui♪ Please give it a try.

While most of the lemons on the market are from foreign countries, Yaoki uses only domestic lemons! ! The shochu we use is [Kinmiya shochu], which is the same shochu used in Grilled offal shops in downtown Tokyo, where lemon sour originated. It's refreshing, has a nice aftertaste, and goes great with lemon!
