We pride ourselves on our Sushi and a la carte dishes made with seasonal ingredients. For Sushi rice, we use rice grown in Raizan, cooked with spring water from Raizan, and for the soy sauce, we use fragrant "Kita-I soy sauce" that has been aged for four and a half years. We use ingredients and seasonings that are as locally produced as possible in Itoshima, bringing out the best in the ingredients. When it comes to Seafood, we also try to source seafood caught in nearby waters as much as possible. Please enjoy our extremely fresh and delicious dishes.

We also purchase Seafood that is not locally produced, with a focus on taste and freshness. We only use wild tuna delivered from Toyosu Market in Tokyo. We offer medium fatty tuna for lunch and otoro fatty tuna for dinner, and marinated tuna is available both for lunch and dinner. We only use kohada fish caught at Misumi Port in Amakusa, Kumamoto. The meat is firm and has no small bones, making it easy to eat and delicious.

We also offer a variety of drinks that go well with our food. We stock Kyushu's famous potato shochu, and we always have local brands of plum wine from Itoshima in stock. We also have soft drinks, so even those who can't drink alcohol can feel free to come to our store.
