Guided by fate, the owner, who became an apprentice at the renowned sushi restaurant "Yamanaka" in Fukuoka, frequented by food enthusiasts from all over the country, began training under the head chef. This first step opened the path to becoming a sushi chef, and achieving great success became a lifelong dream. Under the head chef's long-term guidance and encouragement, the owner graduated from apprenticeship after rigorous training. The goal is to create a warm restaurant where customers smile and conversations flow, thanks to the sushi prepared by the owner.
