Sashimi, charcoal-grilled, Sushi, simmered, Fried food, steamed...a variety of cooking methods bring out the original taste of Kyushu's carefully selected ingredients. We are also very particular about seasonings, and the sashimi is made with fresh fish shipped directly from the local Nagahama Fish Market, and is paired with seaweed salt from Tsushima, soy sauce from Itoshima, and homemade plum ponzu sauce. Charcoal-grilled using Binchotan charcoal, the dish is fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside for an exquisite finish. Depending on the stock, we also offer a luxurious kashiyaki. Once you pass through the lattice door, you will find yourself in a modern space based on an elegant Japanese atmosphere. We use custom-made Arita ware and Koishiwara ware plates to serve our food, and we are particular about the presentation. Please enjoy not only the taste of Japanese cuisine, but also the high-quality relaxing moments. Perfect for important entertainment, celebrations, anniversaries, etc. There are 30 seats in total: 6 at the counter, 4 at the table, 6 in the private room, and 14 in the horigotatsu tatami room. reserved are available for courses with a minimum of 20 people.

We have a wide selection of drinks, including standard beers and highballs, as well as shochu and wine. Especially when it comes to sake, we carefully select brands that go well with our specialty fish dishes. Among these, we recommend Kyoto's ``Kyo no Haru/Special Junmai'', which has a strong rice flavor and aroma, and Nara's ``Shinomine/Junmai Ginjo'', which has a clean and sharp taste. We also offer seasonal drinks that go well with seasonal dishes, such as new sake and chilled sake. Please enjoy your favorite cup.

Our course menus are determined by the day's purchases so that you can enjoy the season and freshness. We also accept requests, so please contact us if you have any requests. In winter, we recommend hotpot dishes such as yellowtail and conger eel shabu shabu. There are also courses that include all-you-can-drink.
