Ozaki Farm in Kagoshima Prefecture was built by the owner's father in one generation. From among the Kuroge Wagyu beef shipped from there, we only purchase high-ranking beef that has been further selected based on the pedigree and the owner's eyes. We offer an ``assortment'' of carefully selected parts that you can enjoy only by buying the whole animal. You can enjoy our proud meat to your heart's content with cuts and seasonings that bring out its deliciousness.

We would like to introduce our two major specialties. "Yaki Shabu" offers the highest quality "rib roast" sliced into thin slices. This cut is characterized by its fine texture and easy marbling. The recommended way to eat it is to wrap it with vegetables and dip it in grated ponzu sauce. ``Yakisuki'', where you can enjoy the finest sirloin, is also a highly recommended menu item.
