[Mochinoki]'s yakitori is so fresh! We purchase whole chickens pulled in the morning and prepare them in the kitchen right in front of the counter seats, so you can enjoy extremely fresh chicken. Recommended dishes are ``Asahiki Lever'' and ``Asahiki Sunazuri.'' Please enjoy the taste that can only be provided because it is fresh. In addition to Grilled skewer, be sure to order ``Fried Chicken Thigh'', ``Chicken Liver Pate'', and ``Roasted Itoshima Pork'' made from whole chickens!
