In his 20s, he traveled to Italy to study cooking, and was inspired by the "natural Italian Cuisine" cooking methods there, which he brought back to Japan where he continues to work today. The concept is ``The more you eat, the more energetic you become from within.'' We will entertain you with Chef Uetake's carefully selected ingredients and cooking methods.
