Our proud silver rice is purchased as brown rice from contracted farmers in Kumamoto Prefecture. Because we mill only the amount of rice we will use in restaurant, the rice has a rich sweetness and aroma, and a chewy texture. We offer 3 sizes starting from 200 yen: large, medium, and small. We also have a wide variety of silver shari accompaniments ◎ Choose your favorites such as mentaiko, meat miso, and egg set. We also have Ochazuke（boiled rice with tea）, earthenware pot rice, and grilled Onigiri, so please enjoy them as a finishing touch after drinking.
