店内は静かで落ち着いた雰囲気。店内の空席はあったものの、オペレーションの関係から入店をお断りされていたお客さんがいた。ハンバーグは肉汁が溢れて柔らかくとても美味しく、大変好みの味だった。また訪れたい。
鯵のカルパッチョ的な前菜は、キャビアの塩味もあり酢の酸味もありオイルの旨みと、抜群のコーディネートでした。
