As the name of the restaurant suggests, ``Shunsai'', all of the dishes we serve are colorful, seasonal dishes made with seasonal ingredients. We use only local vegetables grown in Kashiwa, and the owner personally visits the market every morning to purchase fresh fish. The white fish is deliberately aged to bring out its flavor, and each ingredient is carefully prepared and delivered with ingenuity to make each ingredient even more delicious. Please enjoy to your heart's content the freshness of the delicious dishes that are unique to the season!

We carefully select and stock seasonal alcoholic beverages from multiple liquor stores! All the brands we carry in our store are only those that have been carefully taste-tested and judged to be compatible with our cuisine. We also stock rare sake, shochu, and wine that you don't often find in other stores, and we have a lineup that even those who are particular about alcohol can enjoy. Choose from our wide variety of drink menus to match your taste and mood that day!

Three of the tables can be connected together and used as a semi-private room, and the restaurant can also be reserved for private use.
