Our recommendation is definitely "Reba Sashi"! Because we use fresh liver that is chopped every morning, you can enjoy the juicy texture and melt-in-your-mouth flavor the moment you put it in your mouth. Some customers come from far away for this reason...! Although freshness is important for this dish, we can recommend it with confidence. Please try it once!
