[YAMATO Carefully Selected Steak] offers not only the standard "beef skirt steak" and "Cow tongue" but also many rare cuts! Particularly recommended are the ``ichibo,'' the part of the butt that is lean but soft and easy to eat, and the ``zabuton,'' which has finely textured marbling that elegantly melts in your mouth.
