① Squid landed early in the morning is sent directly from the port and kept alive in the store's aquarium ② After receiving your order, we remove the squid from the aquarium and serve it as sashimi in the form of a live squid. ③After eating the torso sashimi, next we will cook the ears and sashimi! You can continue to use it as sashimi, or use it as Tempura, grilled, or stir-fried with butter...as you like! *Live squid may not be available depending on the weather that day or the results of fishing at sea. Be careful!
