Our restaurant is proud of its fish dishes! Every day, we serve items that are caught in Kyushu or purchased at Tsukiji. Among our specialties are the sashimi of Oita's famous Seki mackerel, Seki horse mackerel, and Shiroka flounder! The firm and elastic flesh is because it's fresh! In addition to fish, seasonal vegetables are purchased from Ota Market! We provide fresh vegetables that are unique to the season.
