The first condition for delicious food is the quality of the ingredients. Please enjoy the finest dishes created by Chef Sakaguchi's sophisticated techniques while making the most of carefully selected seasonal ingredients. As for the carefully selected vegetables, the appetizer is hydroponic microleaf grown by Kouno Co., Ltd. from Hanamaki City, Iwate Prefecture. All Other vegetables are carefully selected pesticide-free vegetables from Namiki Natural Farm in Katori City, Chiba Prefecture.

ChefChef Sakaguchi
Owner Chef Yoshinori Sakaguchi. After graduating from Osaka Abenotsuji Culinary School, he joined Hotel New Otani Osaka. Moved to France 5 years later. After spending about three years studying at three-star Restaurants such as Taillevent, Apicius, and Georges Blanc, he returned to Japan and became head chef at the Rihga Royal Hotel Tokyo Main Dining Garden in 2003. After working as a chef at Serena de Naturale in 2008, he opened "Episée" as owner-chef in 2018, where he continues to work today.
Authentic French cuisine made with carefully selected ingredients by Chef Sakaguchi, who trained at an authentic three-star Restaurants.
