Our menu mainly consists of courses. We offer the latest seasonal ingredients. The menu changes with the seasons, so enjoy discovering new flavors each time you visit. In addition, the vessels used to display sophisticated masterpieces are carefully selected. We use Ontayaki from Oita Prefecture and works by artists from Akita Prefecture.
